Our History

The establishment of a riding for the disabled centre in Goulburn first came about in 1979.

However, according to the recorded inaugural minutes of the Goulburn Centre, it was officially established under the auspices of the Riding for the Disabled Association (NSW) in 1980.

At this time, Riding for the Disabled Association (NSW) was under the auspices of the Riding for the Disabled Australia.

In 1986 Riding for the Disabled Association (NSW) became an entity in its own right.

The Centre has been at our current Rosemont location since 1999.

Thank You

The Goulburn Centre would like to thank the many organisations, clubs and supporters who have assisted us over the years, without their generosity our program would not be possible.
